Tripe Kuftas
First mince the tripe and mix together with grated onions, desired spices, salt, fragrant herbs like, pennyroyal, thyme, tarragon, and mint. Knead the mixture well and shape your desired balls out of prepared mixture. Heat the oil in a frying pan and put the balls inside carefully so that they retain their shapes. Once one side is fried, turn it over to let it fry properly. Put inside a sieve till the excess oil is drained. Once cold to handle, arrange them in your desire platter. Serve it with fresh bread. Bon Appetit!
