Ingredients
Yolks of 10 eggs
Sugar, 1 glass
Starch, 2 tablespoons
Rosewater and saffron, as per taste
Oil, 1 tbsp
Procedure
Combine the ingredients finely till smooth. Pour the mixture into an enamel pot and set over the low flame. You should keep beating to prevent the ingredients to stick to the bottom. Continue till you get a thickened paste. Remove from the heat and transfer to a bowl and garnish with pistachio and coconut powder. The dessert should be consumed cool. Bon Appetit!
