Here is a recipe from Kermanshah.
Saji Bread is a sort of bread which is made in the city at baker's is used in this cuisine. It is thick and round baked on a metal sheet known as Saj.
Cut the bread into small pieces with a pair of scissors . Heat animal oil in a pan and put inside the cubes of bread. Then mix with sugar or syrup and brewed saffron. As simple as that! The dish is served as a rich breakfast or a side meal. Bon Appetit!
The smell of the bread and animal oil makes the dish yummy but you are recommended to consume it every now and then. It is good for athletes and teenagers but since animal oil is considered among saturated oils it is better to apply it occasionally.
