12 medium-sized chicken wings
4 tablespoons peeled sesame seeds
1/2 glass milk
4 tablespoons white flour
1/2 teaspoon saffron powder

Procedure
First, mix together milk and white flour in a bowl and make a fairly thick liquid. Then sprinkle with the spices and salt and drench the chicken wings n the mixture one after another. Slice the potatoes finely and put them in the microwave before frying. Once they are half-cooked, remove and fry in frying oil. this way you will need less oil. Once frying is done, put them in a metal basket till the excess oil is removed entirely.
You are recommended to apply whole grain, crispy bread since it not only has larger fiber. The crispy bread will prevent you from overeating. As a drink go for Doogh flavored with aromatic herbs. Home-made Doogh with low salt and low-fat yogurt is preferred. It is quite healthy and nutritious.
