Ingredients:
1 tablespoon liquid oi500 g chicken breast
1 cup milk

3 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup chicken stock
4 tablespoons cooked mushrooms
Directions:
To prepare the sauce, melt butter in a pot and saute the flour in it. then remove from the heat and slowly add in chicken stock as well as milk. Put it back onto the heat and keep stirring to thicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and set aside. Fry the boiled chicken breast in oil and keep aside as well. Immerse the chicken in the sauce and to make it thin in consistency, you can add chicken stock or milk. Put the sauteed mushrooms in and allow it to cook in the sauce 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with parsley leaves. You can serve with rice. Bon Appetit!
