Ingredients:
Serving 4450 g ground turkey meat
420 g canned kidney beans
1 glass chicken stock( low salt and fat)
400 g tomatoes, chopped
170 g tomato paste
1 tablespoon red (chili) powder
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1/2 teaspoon powdered black pepper
Directions:
Put the ground meat in a large non-stick pot and saute till its pink color changes into a darker color. Then remove the excess fat and add in canned kidney beans, chicken stock, tomato cubes, tomato paste and sprinkle with spices. Stir well and allow to boil. Then reduce the heat to low and cook 10 more minutes.
