Delicious jam would make a nice breakfast! What do you think? Autumn is the right season to start a delightful day with a great breakfast.
Ingredients:
4 to 5 medium pomegranates
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 kg sugar
Procedure:
Take one pomegranate and extract the juice. Then mix with sugar in a dish.
Cut the pomegranates and seed them. Place in a n enamel dish.
Add in the mixture of sugar and pomegranate juice. Put the dish inside the fridge 4 to 5 hours. Then remove and drizzle drops of lemon juice and set the dish over the stove on low heat.
Allow to boil and remove the bubbly foam on top of the dish. When the jam gets thick enough take the dish out of the heat and let it cool. Transfer into a proper jar and close firmly till the air goes out. Keep in a cool place.
