Here is a recipe of a sour-sweet jam. The fruit applied is pineapple.
Ingredients:
1 kg pineapples750 g sugar
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cinnamon powder
Procedure:
Peel the pineapples. Remove the middle thick part and then cut into cubes.Put them in a dish and add sugar. Then add in cinnamon and nutmeg and mix well. The spices will give the jam a unique taste.
Put them over low heat and bring to a boil. Allow till the jam is thick enough. When cool, ladle into a proper jar.
