Ingredients

Serving 6
500 g rice
150 g split peas
1 kg leafy vegetables including, leek, spinach and parsley
500 g mutton
1/2 cp sauteed dried mint powder
2 tablespoons sauteed garlic
1 to 2 cups unripe grapes juice
Salt and powdered black pepper for seasoning

directions:

Cook mutton pieces with split peas in a pot of water. Once well-done, add in the soaked rice followed by chopped vegetables. Allow the vegetables get a bit soft and withered. Pour in unripe grape juice, sauteed mint and garlic and season to taste with salt and black pepper. Bring to a boil and allow to simmer a bit to get the consistency you wish. Turn off the heat and Ladle into a large bowl to take onto the table.Serve hot! Bon Appetit!
