Ingredients:
900 g chicken wings
Salt and powdered black pepper for seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon Dried marjoram
2 tablespoons sugar (preferably brown sugar)
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic , pressed
1/2 desserspoon red chili sauce
Ingredients for Sauce:
3 cups thick yogurt
2 ucumbers , seeded, and grated
Juice of 1 lemon
Rind of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablepoon fresh dill
Salt for seasoning
Directions:
Marinate the wings in a bowl with salt and black pepper. Mix olive oil, marjoram, tomato paste, sugar, chopped onion, lemon rind and hot sauce in a mixer or blender till consistent and smooth. Dip the wings in he mixture and keep aside 1 whole hour .Turn on the oven and adjust at 190 degrees Celsius. Cover the oven tray with a layer of greased parchment paper and arrange the wings over. Set the tray inside the oven for 20 minutes. Then turn them over and keep on for another 15 minutes.
To prepare the sauce, remove the juice of the grated cucumbers and mix with the rest of the ingredients mentioned above.
Serve chicken wings kebabs with the sauce. Yummy. Bon Appetit!
