What is the rational argument as one of the Palestine’s right?

In a discussion we can argue rational reason in two ways:
a. All Muslims are considered a single nation, and in this case, any cruelty to any Islamic country or Muslims is considered oppression to all of them, and so, their defense will be considered as self-defense and is obligatory. Therefore, some scholars know necessity of defensive jihad against the infidels and Zionists' attack on Islamic countries and killing men, women and dominion over the property and the violation of honor and destruction of temples and mosques as well as fighting their dominance over the Islamic countries and dignity, culture and economy of Muslims as an intellectual necessity. B. Defending the oppressed is one of the natural lessons that every sane person authorizes it. It is so obvious that even children understand it, as in films that state literature of one nation and are made for children, this issue is suggested in their scenario. In other words, defending the oppressed against the oppressors and aggressors is of the most obvious reason that is always considered as good point.
Consensus: In comments of jurists and scholars from the Sunni and Shia it is seen that they have claimed the same issue that here we mention a few examples:
1. Imam Khomeini says: “id Islamic countries and its boundaries are surrounded with enemies by which Islam and the Muslim Ummah will fear, it is obligatory on all Muslims without any conditions, with all the means in their power, and with their lives and property, to defend it.
2. Ayatollah Sheikh Mohammad Mehdi Shamseddin says: "the obvious religious issue is reverence negligence to rape of the infidels over Muslims and a sense of indifference on the matter."
3. Dr. Mahamesany counts number of defensive jihad, and knows a variant of it as removal of the aggressors and oppressors and who it have expelled Muslims from their homes and exited them from their homeland; what happened to the nation of Palestine in the twentieth century, and he adds: " Jihad in this situation is not only lawful and legitimate, but it is considered as religious practice and national and social necessity and is of cylinders of dignity and respect to homeland and its residents."
4. Omar Ahmad Al-farjany: "Islam has not specified special realm for defending the oppressed. Wherever injustice occurs, even in other non-Islamic countries, Jihad is legitimate to lift oppression from Muslims or non-Muslims."
5. Sheikh Nasser al-Din Albani, who also endorses defensive war against an enemy that has attacked some Muslim countries, and knows its remarkable example as usurper Israel, says: "All Muslims are sinners in the Palestinian case as long as they expel the Zionist occupiers from Palestinian land."
The second reason: the requirements of our national interests
The national interests of the countries are the most important paradigm for decision-making. Thus, "The nations that do not recognize their national interest will create their own destruction. Nations like humans (not knowing the true national interests) could commit suicide ", whether politics in the world scale, analysis of confluence or jostle of national interests in various topics and international conflicts are as reflecting of the collision of national interests of International different actors, as Hontzinger knows international politics as large-scale system of setting of mutual national interests. National interests include the most critical needs of a government which includes maintenance and survival, independence, territorial integrity, security and economic prosperity. Hontzinger says in the definition of "national interest: " the first goal that any government pursues is its maintenance. Any government tries to meet at least their survival."
Another writer states: "Every political entity determines interests to defend its existence and movement and tries to provide the security for them."
It seems that our national security and national interests are tied to all Muslims, particularly Palestinians. Therefore, economic, political and propaganda support for other Muslim nations, particularly the Palestinian people as much as possible does not only conflict with our national interests, but it is considered as providing Iran's national interests because:
Firstly, national interests of a country are not just limited to its geographical boundaries. Therefore, governments have decision-making power and more influence in the future of the country and regional equations as much as they pay the costs in other countries. Basically, a part of the national security of each country is provided outside of its borders. We cannot remain on our soil and expect that our security be guaranteed, as the enemy is not sitting idle, and creates bases around the world to provide any threat to our national security and other neighbors.
Secondly, maintaining the existence, independence and territorial integrity and national security of the country, which are the key and vital elements to form national interests, need spending such costs and aids to nations that are at the forefront of the struggle against the enemies of our population. The reality is that oppressed militant Palestinian people also defend us and we do our duty in the least form by support and providing means for them, as the Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution said in meeting the Iranian Revolutionary commanders of Guards: "If the Zionists were not engaged to Intifada, undoubtedly they would have acted to dominate Egypt, Syria, Lebanon and other Middle Eastern countries as well."
Cores of resistance and struggle and liberation movements throughout the Muslim world are as one of the most important levers of power to the Islamic Republic which has frightened superpowers and stops them from executing their imperialist intentions, and helping these struggling people is namely strengthening trenches of our defense. Prospective and providing long-term interests is the best reason to do such things; as expansionist goals and targets of Israel are never limited to Palestine, but it wishes to dominate the world of Islam, especially its metropolis, Islamic Republic of Iran. The grants maintain our integrity and increase our collective strength against enemies and they are useful for our own safety.
Israel is one of the enemies against Iran. The Israelis try to penetrate in our neighboring countries. They will try to have active presence in the Persian Gulf, Central Asia and the Caucasus and they have also said that we will try to influence in Iran's backyard. Our "Backyard" is our neighboring countries (such as Azerbaijan, Turkey, Armenia and Persian Gulf countries) and the Israelis want to pressure us by establishing a relationship with our neighbors. We should have relations with Israel's neighboring countries if we want to do reciprocity and create a balance between our facilities and accesses of Israel. For this reason, we have a strategic relationship with Israel's border countries, Lebanon and Syria; in fact, it is a major contribution to maintaining our national security. Syria is our ally and in Lebanon, Hezbollah is our allies, and those are along the border of Israel. If the Israelis penetrate in Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan, one of their goals is to put pressure on Iran, and we must do counter act so that regional balance will be created. In many cases, the security of the countries is in light of the strategic balance between the different forces with factors creating power in the region. If the Israelis come and penetrate everywhere in neighboring countries, this means that whenever they want, they can put pressure on us, and we do not have the means to safely push them out.
Our human duty and all the honorable people of the world
At the time of ignorance before the advent of Prophet Muhammad and Islam, the messenger of God started sacred obligation to help the oppressed called "Hilf al-Fudul". It is clear that this was not done as a matter of being a prophet of God, but it was carried out as a free man. Then after becoming prophet, he said: be always committed to this treaty.
Dr. Sobhi Mahamsany wrote in an analysis: “social relations in micro and macro levels are based on justice and cooperation to achieve this goal and on the basis of prevention of injustice and wrongdoing. Holy Quran orders to do the necessities in many verses, including in verse 2 of Surah Maedeh, 75 of Al-Nisaa, and 251 of Surah Baqarah. The origin of the necessity of cooperation in the fight against injustice and corruption in the Earth is human brotherhood and human solidarity and needed social commitment between human beings. Therefore, each rape to ant human being is as a violation to all human beings, as in verse 32 of Surah Al Maedeh it has been mentioned. Jihad is not defense of justice and preventing injustice only about oppression of legitimate Islamic government, but it is defense of any other oppressed government although it is un-Islamic, and it becomes obligatory if there is a mutual cooperation treaty."
Martyr Professor Allameh Motahari also says in this regard: "If a team will not fight with us, but has committed a grave injustice to a group of human beings, and we have the power to save other people, who have been raped, if we do not rescue them, in fact, we have helped this cruel of oppressor over the poor ones (oppressed). No one has violated us in a place where we are, but a number of other people, who may be Muslim or non-Muslim, if they are Muslims, like the Palestinians' event that the Israelis had displaced them from their homes and have taken away their possessions and committed all kinds of injustice towards them, is it permissible for us to help the Muslims to save them? Yes, this is not only permissible, but it is obligatory. This is not a primary issue. It is rushing to help the poor to rescue them from oppression, particularly if the oppressed ones are Muslims."
In contemporary international law also human rights are considered as non-transferable fundamental rights that living as human beings, is founded on the basis of them.
