1. Blacks:

American Blacks not only could not vote, but until the mid-60s drinking places in America was marked for black and white (they were distinguished). Some black people in America - people like Malcolm X and Martin Luther King - sacrificed their lives, until they prove that blacks are human as well as whites. In any case, after slavery was apparently abolished in America, blacks of America held massive demonstrations to prove that they are human too. Next, the America government allowed them to participate in the elections and put their ballots in the ballot box.

2. occupied lands by America:

America has occupied a large number of islands in the world in many ways and in some of the islands, it does nuclear, chemical and biological testing, etc. and as a result of these tests, the main inhabitants of the islands have tolerated incurable disease. We have the point in "unmasked America". The islands are not parts of the America or in the 50 states of it so that the native inhabitants of the islands tell us: we are also citizens of America, and we are in selection of America's officials and neither is free nor independent to design their future. Each time, the native inhabitants of these islands - such as Puerto Rico - rise to form an independent state for them, but America's military confronts them and suppress them. This has happened repeatedly in some of the islands. This has happened repeatedly in some of the islands. However, America has decided to make some of people of the islands calm. For example, in relation to Puerto Rico, America sent one of his men to Washington, DC as Puerto Rico representative but this person has no right to vote.

3. (Electoral College) – Selecting board of America's president:

President of America is not elected by popular vote, but he is selected by the presidential elector of America that is the Electoral College whose members are equal to total number of Representatives of Senate and House of America. It is worth noting that these people are chosen by the heads and prominent members of the Democratic and Republican parties not by popular vote! A person who is nominated for the post of President of America must have more than 50 percent of the votes in the Electoral College which are called the electoral votes, so he will be selected as President of America, otherwise, he is not selected, although the person has the most votes in the election by the people. Throughout America's history, it has happened many times that the people of America have given more presidential votes to a candidate, but because this person did not own more than 50 percent of the electoral votes, he was not chosen as the president of America and another person who assigned more than 50 percent of the electoral votes. It is worth noting that the members of the Electoral College of the Senate and House of are not Representatives of America. At present, the total number of Senate and House of Representatives of America is 538 people and the number of members of the Electoral College of electing America President (Electoral College) is 538 people as well. Therefore, a person who enters America's presidential election campaign must at least have 270 of 538 Electoral College votes to be selected for the post of President of America. In the following map, different States of America and how many members does each state have in the board of electors of President of America, is shown. In this map, two states of Alaska and Hawaii are not shown, but at the bottom of the map – on the left – it is written that members of the states of Alaska are 3 people and Hawaii has 4 members.
In the presidential election of 2000 America, George Bush (son) from Republican and Al Gore from Democrat party were candidate for the presidency completion (of the two mentioned parties). The number of 50,456,002 people voted for George Bush and 50,999,897 people voted for Al Gore. It means 453.895 more people voted for Gore. The number of electoral votes for George Bush was 271 votes and for Al Gore was 266 votes. (I.e. George Bush had 5 more votes of the Electoral College than Al Gore). Although 453.895 more people in America had voted for Gore, but for the sake of 5 Electoral College votes, not only 453.895 people vote, but votes of 50,999,897 people (nearly 51 million) of the people - that is vote of majority - were ignored, and George Bush was elected as the president of America. In any case, it has happened several times in America; in fact, America's Electoral College members have veto power. If the votes of the members of the Electoral College of electing President of America was consistent with the popular vote and both - the people and the electoral college – had chosen one, the America state would have said well, this person is America's new president, but if it did not fit, the America government declares that, not under the law, because such a person does not have the majority of electoral votes, therefore, he cannot be the President of America.
Of course, many issues can be raised in relation to this issue, but the important point is that it has had many critics throughout history, but it still remains the same. American people saying a country is called democratic that the president is elected by direct popular vote, rather than 538 people elect America's president. Therefore, the fact that America's president is elected by plurality vote is not correct and in principle, the presidential electors (Electoral College) choose America's president and not people of America!
State of America by applying the law and appointing certain persons as representatives of the Electoral College voting, can easily control system of government of America and appoint those people who do not threat to overthrow the government of America. Does America indeed value its people vote or are these cases dramatic and formal?
America's third president - Thomas Jefferson – who was the President of America for two periods (from 1801 to 1809), and before that he was deputy of second president of America (John Adams in the years 1797 to 1891 AD), has quote that some Americans say it in some occasions:
An important point that must be mentioned is that some might think that members of the presidential electors of America (Electoral College) are from the mass of the population. No it is not true! Members of the Board may be officials of a state, leaders (such as the Republican Party or the Democratic Party) or those who have personal or political affiliation with presidential candidates (from both Republicans and Democrats). In any case, it is not that they are chosen from the masses of people who tolerated pain and are familiar with difficulties and are trying to bring prosperity to the people. Electoral College of electing president forms by people who are loyal to system of America government and are very committed and there is no risk on their behalf for the government of America, as far as: the Fourteenth Amendment to the constitution of America knows even the officials of different states that have history of rebellion, insurrection, and arrogance and disobedience, as well as those officials from various states that helped America's enemies and have assisted them and comforted America's enemies incompetent and unqualified for membership in President electing board.
However, you can see that the same America exerts such scrutiny for membership in the Electoral College of President and constantly tries to set his agents, who are undoubtedly traitors to their countries and nations - as President or in other posts and in other countries so through the mercenaries and traitors it can suck the blood of nations to destroy their country, as far as future generations will be begging and constantly need America!
Question: can people of America change such a situation?
Answer: No way!
Why?
Because:
1. The leaders of America have made the system of government in a way that the people of America cannot directly elect their president and the situation still remains.
2. Since the Electoral College is in America's constitution, therefore, to alter or abolish it, first of all, two-thirds of America House of Representatives must approve it. Secondly, after their approval, it must be approved by two-thirds of Members of the Senate. After being confirmed by the Senate, three-quarters of States of America must verify it too that this is not possible in any way, because more than 700 cases (varied proposals and amendments) have been provided to modify or abolish the Electoral College and many of them has passed the House of representatives of America, but the America Senate has not voted. In any case, it is not possible to change or cancel it; therefore this injustice still needs to be applied against the people of America!
It has been 220 years that America is in such a situation and they have imposed such a thing as law which is in fact wasting the inalienable right of the people, and they do not cancel it, but that America in conjunction with some other countries after a very short will put regime and system of governance in a referendum when even more than 99 percent of its people have voted it, and unfortunately, some ignorant, negligent and sometimes sold people say the same material that people like Arial Sharon and George Bush say!
Another point that might be interesting for you in connection with the Electoral College is the date that electoral members vote. The law specifies that members of the Electoral College should put their votes in ballot box on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in the year of presidential elections.
QUESTION:
1. What do you feel if the Guardian Council announces the election date on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in the month of June?
2. If (for example) the Iranian constitution was written in a way that people could vote for presidency candidates that they wanted, but in the end, a delegation whose numbers are equal to the number of MPs and of provinces officials and leaders of political parties and relatives of presidential candidates will determine what a person should be president. What did you feel then?
In any case, such a situation prevails in America that some Americans say: Yes, we do have a choice, but a choice for the color of our car rather than America's system of government and appointing the President by our choice!
