Ingredients:
4 pieces of chicken
4 cups sliced mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
1/4 glass chicken broth
1 onion
2/3 glass cream
1/3 glass yogurt
Thyme
Chicken and Mushroom Casserole
Directions:
Drizzle a frying pan in oil on medium heat. Place the chicken pieces and fry finely on both sides.
Take the oven tray and grease the bottom with 2 tablespoons melted butter and then place the fried chicken in. Set the tray in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 to 40 minutes until well-roasted.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in the cubed/ sliced onion and sauté till soft and light. Then put sliced mushrooms and thyme powder as well as finely chopped garlic. Keep sautéing till mushrooms juice is almost gone. After that add in chicken broth, cream, and yogurt and season to taste with salt and black pepper powder. Continue cooking on low heat. Allow till thick in consistency. It is ready. Transfer into a dish of desire and place the roasted chickens beside. Bon Appetite!
