Ingredients
100 g liquid oil
1 onion
350 g Fresh mutton
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon tomato paste
Maggie stew seasoning
1 liter water
1 teaspoon salt
450 g cleaned celery
1/2 cup unripe grape juice
150 g herbs such as mint and parsley
Heat oil in a pot and fry the finely chopped onions till golden. Cut the meat into stewing cubes and sauté in oil with onion. Sprinkle with turmeric powder, black pepper, and tomato paste. Stir in Maggie stew seasoning. Pour in water and cook for 1 or 2 hours.
Wash Celery and cut them into 3 cm long pieces.
Wash the herbs, mint and parsley, chop finely and sauté in oil along with celery pieces for 5 to 6 minutes and then add into the contents of the pot. Adjust the seasoning. If needed, add salt.
