Shamas Al-Din Abd Al-Hadi Hanbeli has repeated the remark of Ibn Teimie in the book '' Tanghih Al-Taghigh''
فلما أمر بمنع المشركين من الحج بعث أبا بكر في سنة تسع، فنادي: أن لا يحج بعد العام مشرك.
When the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) prevented the polytheists from fulfilling the rituals of Hajj, he sent Abubakr in the ninth year to call out '' no polytheists should fulfill the rituals of Hajj after this year''.

Zeiali Hanafi has written in the book '' Nasb Al-Raye''
فلما أمر بمنع المشركين من الحج بعث أبا بكر في سنة تسع فنادى أن لا يحج بعد العام مشرك.

This claim of Ibn Teimie and his followers is in contrat with a lot of narrations narrated with valid document in the Sunni sources. According to these narrations, at first, the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) sent Abubakr. After a long distance, the prophet sent Amir Momenan (peace be upon him) with Abubakr. Imam Ali (peace be upon him) took back the Surah of Tawba and the treaty of the messenger of God from Abubakr and brought him back.
If Abubakr had not come back and had refused to give the Surah of Barat to Amir Momenan (peace be upon him) and had expressed hate in Mecca according to the claim of Ibn Teimie, he must not have disagreed with the order of the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) and have not accepted the rule of God and his messenger.
In such a situation, won't the action of Abubakr be like the following verses:
وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِما أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولئِكَ هُمُ الْكافِرُونAl-Maede/ verse 44
وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِما أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونAl-Maede/ verse 45
وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِما أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولئِكَ هُمُ الْفاسِقُون‏.Al-Maede/ verse 47
Jalal Al-Din Souti that was aware of this story has said clearly '' Abubakr expressed hate because he was from Amir Momenan (peace be upon him) not he did such action:
وأخرج الترمذي وحسنه عن ابن عباس قال: «بَعَثَ النَّبِيُّ (ص) أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُنَادِيَ بِهَؤُلَاءِ الْكَلِمَاتِ، ثُمَّ أَتْبَعَهُ عَلِيًّا، فَانْطَلَقَا فَحَجَّا، فَقَامَ عَلِيٌّ أَيَّامَ التَّشْرِيقِ، فَنَادَى «ذِمَّةُ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ بَرِيئَةٌ مِنْ كُلِّ مُشْرِكٍ، فَسِيحُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَلَا يَحُجَّنَّ بَعْدَ الْعَامِ مُشْرِكٌ، وَلَا يَطُوفَنَّ بِالْبَيْتِ عُرْيَانٌ، وَلَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ إِلَّا مُؤْمِنٌ، فَكَانَ عَلِيٌّ يُنَادِي فَإِذَا أعِيا قَامَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَنَادَى بِهَا»
فهذه نيابةٌ من أبي بكرٍ عن عليٍ فإنه قَصَد بالبعث علي، وأخرج البخاري عن أبي هريرة قال: «بعثني أبو بكر فيمن يؤذن يوم النحر بمنى لا يحج بعد العام مشرك ولا يطوف بالبيت عريان» فهذه نيابة من أبي هريرة أيضاً، والمقصود بالتبليغ في هذه القصة أن تكون من علي.
It has been narrated from Ibn Abbas that the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) summoned Abubakr and ordered him to recite the verses of the Baraat Surah for the people of Mecca and read these words for them. Then he sent Imam Ali (peace be upon him) with him.
Both of them went to Mecca and fulfilled the rituals of Hajj. Imam Ali (peace be upon him) called out these remarks in the days of Tashrigh '' God and his messenger of God hated the polytheists…
Hence, Abubakr was the duty of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) because the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) had sent Imam Ali (peace be upon him) for this affair. Bokahri has narrated from Abuharire '' Abubakr sent me along with the Muezzins in order to call out in the day of Eid of Ghorban '' after this year, no polytheists should fulfill the rituals of Hajj and circle around the house of God with naked body. Hence, Abuharire was also because the mission of preaching was left to Imam Ali (peace eb upon him) Imam Ali (peace be upon him).

Hence, the claim of Ibn Teimie and his followers is in contrat with a lot of narrations narrated with valid document in the Sunni sources and it proves his animosity with Amir Momenan (peace be upon him).
Was Abubak the leader of Hojaj in that year?
Since this virtue proves the absolute superiority of Amir Momenan (peace be upon him) in comparing to Abubakr and on other hand, it proves lack of qualification of Abubakr for announcing the order of the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants), the Sunni scientists have tried to make up this matter in a way and have claimed that it is right that the of preaching in this journey was left to Amir Momenan ( peace be upon him), but Abubakr was appointed as the leader of Hojaj by the messenger of God ( peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) and even he had over Amir Momenan ( peace be upon him).
Narrating from Jahez, Fakhr Al-Din Razei has written
وقيل لما خصّ أبا بكرٍ رضي الله عنه بتوليته أميرَ الموسِم خص علياً بهذا التبليغِ تطييباً للقلوب ورعاية للجوانب.
وقيل قرّر أبا بكرٍ علي الموسم وبعث علياً خَلْفَه لتبليغ هذه الرسالة، حتى يُصَلِّي على خلفِ أبي بكر ويكون ذلك جارياً مجرى التنبيهِ على إمامةِ أبي بكر، والله أعلم.
وقَرّر الجاحظُ هذا المعنى فقال: إن النبيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَعَثَ أبا بكرٍ أميراً على الحاج وولّاه الموسمَ وبعث علياً يُقْرَأ على الناس آياتٌ من سورةِ براءةٍ فكان أبو بكر الإمامَ وعلي المؤتَمَ وكان أبو بكر الخطيبَ وعلي المستمعَ وكان أبو بكر الرافع بالموسم والسابق لهم والآمر لهم، ولم يكن ذلك لعلي رضي الله عنه.
It has been said that the messenger of God ( peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) appointed Abubakr as the guardian of Musem and he left the responsibility of preaching mission to Imam Ali ( peace be upon him) because of clearing hearts and taking care of marginal matters.
It has been said that the prophet appointed appointed Abubakr as the leader of Musem and sent Ali with him for preaching this mission so that Ali could pray behind Abubakr and in fact, this story referred to the Imamate of Abubakr.
Jahez has explained this meaning in this way: the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) appointed Abubakr as a leader for Hojaj and the guardian of Musem. He also sent Ali so that he recited the verses the Tawba Surah for people. Hence, Abubakr was Imam and Ali was an agent. Abubakr was sermonizer and Ali was a listener. In addition, Abubakr held the ceremonies of Hajj, a pioneer and its leader, but Ali was not.

Ibn Juzi has written in the book '' Kashf Al-Moshkel''
ومما يزيل الإشكال أن أبا بكر كان الإمام في تلك الحجة، فكان علي يأتم، وأبو بكر الخطيب وعلي يسمع.
One of things that removes this fault is that Abubakr was the Imam in this Hajj and Ali was a guardian. Moreover, Abubakr was a sermonizer and Ali listened to his sermons.

وقيل إنما بعث عليا في هذه الرسالة حتى يصلي خلف أبي بكر ويكون جاريا مجرى التنبيه على إمامة أبي بكر بعد رسول الله لأن النبي بعث أبا بكر أميرا على الحاج وولاه الموسم وبعث عليا خلفه ليقرأ على الناس ببراءة فكان أبو بكر الامام وعلى المؤتم وكان أبو بكر رضي الله عنه الخطيب وعلى المستمع.
وكان أبو بكر المتولي أمر الموسم والأمير على الناس ولم يكن ذلك لعلي فدل ذلك على تقديم أبي بكر على علي وفضله عليه انتهى.
It has been said that the prophet (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) sent Ali to this mission so that Ali could pray behind Abubakr and in fact, this story referred to the Imamate of Abubakr after the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) because the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) appointed Abubakr as a leader for Hojaj and the guardian of Musem. He also sent Ali so that he recited the verses the Tawba Surah for people. Hence, Abubakr was Imam and Ali was an agent. Abubakr was a sermonizer and Ali was a listener. In addition, Abubakr held the ceremonies of Hajj and was the leader of the people, but Ali was not. Consequantly, this demonstrates the priority and the superiority of Abubakr over Ali.

There are two claims in these remarks: first: Amir Al-Momenin (peace be upon him) behind Abubakr; second: Abubakr was the leader of Hojaj in this journey and his Emarat over Amir Momenan (peace be upon him).
We will analyze the issue about the parying Amir Momenan (peace be upon him) behind Abubkar in a separate discussion. But whether Abubakr was the leader of Hojaj or not needs detailed analysis and we will mention several points about this matter.
The first point: the Hajj of Abubakr was in Zi Al-Ghade
One of matters that denies the leadership of Abubakr is that the Muslims never fulfilled the rituals of Hajj in that year. In fact, the fulfillment of Hajj in that year was not legitimate for them and Abubakr could be the leader of Hojaj because the polytheists fulfilled Hajj in Zi Al-Ghade in that year according to their custom and the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) sent Amir Momenan (peace be upon him) to recite the Surah of Baraat when they were fulfilling the rituals of Hajj and he expressd this year the last year of their Hajj.

With the guardianship of Abubakr, they would have committed the action of the unbelievers and the polytheists because God has considered the fulfillment of Hajj except Zi Al-Haje
«زيادة في الكفر»
As he has said,
إِنَّمَا النَّسي‏ءُ زِيادَةٌ فِي الْكُفْرِ يُضَلُّ بِهِ الَّذينَ كَفَرُوا يُحِلُّونَهُ عاماً وَ يُحَرِّمُونَهُ عاماً لِيُواطِؤُا عِدَّةَ ما حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ فَيُحِلُّوا ما حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ زُيِّنَ لَهُمْ سُوءُ أَعْمالِهِمْ وَ اللَّهُ لا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْكافِرين‏.
Verily the transposing (of a prohibited month) is an addition to Unbelief: the Unbelievers are led to wrong thereby: for they make it lawful one year, and forbidden another year, in order to adjust the number of months forbidden by Allah and make such forbidden ones lawful. The evil of their course seems pleasing to them. But Allah guideth not those who reject Faith. Tawba/ verse 37
Hence, the Sunni scientists should accept that the Muslims committed the action of the polytheists with the guardianship of Abubakr in this year and these were
or they should accept that none of the Muslims with the «زيادة في الكفر»
polytheists did not take part in fulfilling the rituals of Hajj in that year and only the duty of the Muslims was to express hate from the polytheists and according to the narrations, this duty was left to Amir Momenan( peace be upon him and his descendants).
