Ingredients,
Sour pomegranates, 3 nos
Onions, 3 nos
Garlic cloves, 5 nos
Eggs, 3 nos
Oil, salt, and pepper, as required

Procedure
Take out the seeds of pomegranates into a bowl. Break eggs in a bowl and beat with a fork.
Chop garlic cloves and onions. Pour enough oil inside a frying pan and add in chopped onions and garlic and fry. After they turn light brown, add in seeds, salt and pepper.
Sauté the mixture until the seeds are soft. Then add in the beaten eggs, stirring slowly so that they take shape. After putting the omelet inside a platter, you can garnish with fried pomegranate seeds.
Key points,
This omelet is often made with sour pomegranates. To remove the seeds, first cut the pomegranates in half and then hold them in your hands hitting with a spoon.
You can apply pomegranates puree, 1 tbsp. This way, you'll have to add the puree before adding eggs and fry. The more the garlic, the better the taste. You can replace onions with scallions if you like.
This dish is served with either bread or rice.
