Ingredients :
Minced meat, 300 grams
Split peas, 1/2 cup
Onion, 2 nose
Chopped spinach, 700 grams
Sour orange juice, as required
Salt, pepper, spices, as required
Water, 2/5 cups
Procedure
  Solk Stew
First mix one grated onion with minced meat, salt and pepper, and knead them to make it sticky.
Make small-sized balls and fry in oil. Then keep them aside. Take the other onion and chop. Then fry in oil until golden brown. After that, add chopped spinach along with split peas.
Add two cups of water on a fairly high flame. When it starts boiling, add meat balls. Season with salt, and pepper to your liking. Lower the heat so the stew is well-done. In the last 15 minutes, add orange juice. Remove the dish from the heat and serve it with rice.
Cooking tip: You'd better soak split peas beforehand or cook it in water for a short time.
