The dish is locally made in some parts of Sistan and Baluchistan Province and is also known as Darzanak.
Ingredients
Doogh, a national drink made with yogurt, salt and water
Flour
Turmeric
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil
Doogh Barak
Procedure
First heat the oil and sprinkle in flour, stirring till its color changes. Once brownish, pour in Doogh. And season to taste with pepper, salt and turmeric.
Keep stirring to prevent it from becoming lumpy. Do it until it starts boiling. Now it is ready.
