Ingredients
Ground meat, 500 g
Potatoes, Medium-sized, 4 nos
Onions, large, 3 nos
Tomatoes, 6 nos
Green bell pepper, large, 1 no
Procedure
Seasoning, Unripe grapes, Lavashak ( dried plum extract), turmeric, salt, black pepper, tomato paste, as per taste
Put half a spoon of oil just to grease the frying pan. Chop one of the onions in dices and pour inside the pan. Take another onion, which is grated, and mix with ground meat, kneading finely. Then add in enough salt, black pepper and turmeric and knead again. Take a small piece of ground meat and form into a round shape with your palms and arrange the balls over the onions. Peel the potatoes and slice in rings and spread them over the meat balls. Then put cut tomatoes and red bell pepper in rings and make another layer over the potatoes. Season with pepper, salt and turmeric. At the end, dissolve tomato paste in a glass of water and pour the sauce over the contents.
Close the lid and lower the flame till it cooks gradually. The dish is ready. Serve it with bread.

Take 5 big carrots and peel them. Then slice them, neither very thin nor too thick.
Mix Ground meat with 1 medium-sized grated onion, 1 dessertspoon of salt, half a dessertspoon pepper powder, and if you like, half a teaspoon of turmeric, and knead them all. Give it 5 to 6 minutes time to make it sticky.
Now take a walnut-sized piece of the ground meat and make balls . Spread in your palms , 0/5 mm thick,and form in a circle shape . Repeat this and put circles in a frying pan. There is no need to add oil or butter since the balls should n't be fried.
Arrange carrot slices over the circles. Put the lid and allow it to cook over medium heat, tending to slow. Since there is fat in meat, when meat is over slow flame meat circles release water. So you should check the flame medium to low so that the water does n't go off. This way, meat will retain its nutritional value.
Take 3 to 4 small potatoes, in order to retain the organization and harmony. Also you won't have to divide large slices in 2 or 3 pieces. peel them all. Then cut in slices, neither, very thin, nor very thick.
Take 5 small tomatoes and do the same with the same size slices. Whenever you apply tomatoes, you should remove the top green part of tomatoes as they are cancerous.
When you feel that carrots are cooked, first put potato slices and then tomato slices, which are arranged over the potatoes. Arrange the slices in a way that each tomato slice is over potato slice over carrot slice over circles of meat.
If you notice the meat water is over before carrots are cooked, take a cup and add 1 tbsp of tomato paste along with water and mix well. You can also apply mere water.
