Golda Meir, the grandmother of Israel's Swallows

In 1921, Golda Meir officially joined the Zionist organization whose core mission was encouraging the Jews to immigrate to Palestine.
Golda immigrated to Jerusalem and continued her political activities and by participating in meetings of the Federation of Jewish workers and performing some missions, she was elected as the secretary of the Union of Jewish workers in 1928. In 1934, she worked in the Executive Board of the Federation of Jewish laborers and in 1940 she was also appointed as the head of the political bureau of the federation. ***

Actions and crimes of Golda Meir

Her actions as the Israel's prime minister was considered as a full-fledged scandal. Perhaps it is because of her murderous orders that she was called as "the iron woman of Israel".
On the other hand Golda Meir is known as one of the main proponents of ethnic cleansing in the occupied Palestine and the elimination of Palestinians and forcing them to migration. At her time, there was a great addition to the policy of apartheid that was employed by the Israeli government.
This led to the forced migration of Palestinians, arresting and imprisoning them, isolating the Arabs living areas from the Jews, firing the low number of remaining Arabs from the Occupation Land and specifying their schools to the Jews, and even the closure of some streets to Arabs and preventing them to enter certain streets, randomly and unsystematically were some of the racist policies of Golda Meir in the occupied territories.
