Ingredients:
1 onion, finely chopped3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 green chili pepper, chopped
1 tomato, cubed
1 canned tuna fish
1 1/2 cups rice
30 g ( or a fistful) dill, chopped
Salt, powdered black pepper, turmeric and saffron for seasoning
directions:
Saute chopped onion in oil in a pan and stir in garlic and green chili pepper. Keep sauteing. With a fork shred the tuna fish and add into the pan . Also stir in dill, tomato, and season to taste with spices. Saute well. Pour in 1/2 cup of water and mix the ingredients well. Bring to a boil and immediately remove from the heat. Put the soaked rice in a pot over the heat and allow to boil. Then add the prepared mixture. Cover the pot and wait till rice is cooked through. Serve hot. Bon Appetit!
