Ingredients:
1 cup spinach
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon butter
Red pepper or paprika for seasoning
3 eggs, well-beaten
Directions:
Put spinach in salted water and boil almost 18 minutes. Remove and let cool. Push with your palm till the excess juice is removed and then chop in large sizes. Mix with the beaten eggs. Heat oil in a frying pan and spread the mixture all around the dish. Cover the pan and allow till firm consistently. when it grows into dark golden n color, carefully fold the edge of he omelet with a spoon into the center. Remove from heat and place on a serving dish. Serve hot. Bon Appetit!
