Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup cubed green bell pepper
1 zucchini, cubed or sliced
1 large tomato, cubed
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp Italian spices
1 garlic clove, or 1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
Salt and black pepper

The recipe is prepared almost in no time; it preserves its yummy taste of a chicken recipe. It is very easy to make the healthy dish as oil is absent! Plus there is no frying!
Packing chicken and vegetables in a roll of aluminum foil makes it easy to mix the tastes and have an extraordinarily amazing meal.

Directions:

Set the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
Cut the chicken breasts into 2-cm cubes. Place them in a large bowl or a zipped plastic bag along with all vegetables and spices and mix well.
Cover the bottom of oven tray with aluminum foil and place the mixture and spread evenly. Then roll the foil carefully into the center and wrap completely.
Place the tray inside the oven 20 minutes till the chicken is well-done and soft. The tastes release and combine well in this fashion. Remove and serve with rice, noodles, or bread. Bon Appetite!
