On the one side, in the idea of Marx, the main duty instead of the world's interpretation is the changing of the world and on the other side in the current belief the expectation has interconnected with practice and willing to change the current situation. Both of these thinkers' ideas have been collected in Ernest Bloch because it is either the hope of reputation for the philosopher or the advent of Marxism. One of the principal ideas of Bloch's idea is the statement of "not happened yet" that this paper has tried to investigate the relationship between hope and life. Often, what do we call what will happen in the future? What about what has not occurred yet and, something that we merely hope that one day, one hour, one minute will come because is usually on the way? . Darida says in the book of policy regarding democracy. "Democracy is always in the future about something that will come and something that is in the way so, this is the nature of democracy if it stops, can not achieve its perfection therefore, its occurrence depends on the future . In fact, this statement of Darida is an emphasis on this belief that we can not obtain democracy completely or in other word, to search the path of its moving in the scene of history and get to its end point and the fact that mainly effort to locate democracy is a total a useless try. Of course, it is the same method that can be generally true for both history and policy. It means that any movement in the history in the path of history is not ultimately to get to the point of perfection but also, it’s a movement quite undetermined toward an unclear direction. In fact, if we are true believers , this movement will be endless then following that, the history , system and our living situation that in a general outline that are attached together , can not have filled general form. It seems as if they should be in the middle because they are frequently changing. But, now the principal question is that if the wishes became possible with lack of happening of the future and the presence of "not occurrences" then, in this situation, does contributing to future will reduce the possibility of hope to future? In this regard, supposedly in USA, one can by planning and based on the predictions close to reality that some Websites provide to choose the future life however, in this situation , does it make sense for me to wish for future when I am sure of my future ? What is the difference between the possibility and lack of possibility and their relation with hope? In such obvious case, we can claim that in the heart of the developed nation like united state or the like, the future's dreams are something that not the subject but the media, family and generally the culture makes on behalf of the dominant ideology on community. In fact in such communities, the dream of the future due to the excess in factors like advertisement is an ended case that changes the phase of hope into a rigid way. It is as if the future for such people is a prepared product for the future use. Something that is fixed and, in other word, it is kept by them. But, for the non-developed nations or developing that perhaps the statement of Darida can be a more evidence based statement in them. Something that is always in the future and contains inherently uncertain nature, what could it be? Something that, apparently preventing the arrival history, the system and their living status becomes to the fullest extent and in the course of and creates gaps and flaws in the path of their moving. In this regard, Bloch the German Marxist philosopher through the concept of something in the process of becoming opens a new horizon in the direction of understanding the change of movement and movement we as third world people. According to Bloch , the main problem of life philosophy from ancient Greece onward, the understanding of the essence and creation is like something complete and faultless. In fact, blooch not considers the essence of nature something complete and not finished but also, considers it incomplete , unfinished and in the process of becoming. However, the incompleteness that for completion and development from inside completes itself and undergoes changing in this way. As if, this excessive tendency of becoming complete causes the cosmic to permanently steps toward becoming. Now, we can by these explanations of the generalities of Blooch's philosophy to attribute it to Hegelian dialectics historically. Of course, by such a main difference that here the main concepts of philosophy instead of negation concepts and Hegel's firing is standing on the basis of the wishes concepts and becoming and not becoming. That is, like the activities in the process of getting to the final ideals that instead of overall negation, they try to complete themselves from inside firstly. In fact, it is from here onward that we can enter the concept of the hopes emphasized by Blooch entering into the lifestyles of people living in underdeveloped nations or mainly developed. The lifestyle that is fully depends on now and this moment is consistent with ideology of not happening of Blooch. Even though in terms of believing Blooch is close to us because we live in it and nevertheless it appears as vague as possible; an ambiguity that is in fact a sign for the absence of future and, a future that someday will come and will become known but, in a specific moment in terms of becoming known is full of suspicion.
In fact, blooch discovers the dark side that in this moment we live in is something that still has not occurred and from this aspect cannot be evidently seen. A part that is carrying countless of possibilities; the possibilities that because still have not found the chance for activity and hence, have remained in the incubation. Now, if we aim to re-define these possibilities, we should consider them as realities that are not present here but it is possible for them to occur. However, still not happened" statement can happen here in a way of as hidden and under the cover that is, nothing to be understood as lack of knowing otherwise, will be implied as a primary method for the concept of" not occurred yet" of course, we should consider this reality that the borders of the concept of not occurred among the people and community can have different concept from the countries. For example, some one who dreams about becoming a pilot understands the borders of not happening as his or her own personal dreams. That is, surely about personal dreams in such communities and even against such a nation like America, this is a subject that still has a power to determine the scopes of "not happened" or the circle of its own possibilities. It means that someone who thinks about the actual possibility of something in the future and because does not believe in the certainty of its occurrence, so, because it happens be practically in the future, he or she will be in joy and entertains. In fact, here, we deal with two possibilities that passing from the former to the latter is a part of passing the process of satisfying desire of becoming complete and escaping the faults.; The possibility in the world of dream and world of reality . But, what in the underdeveloped nations or developing has made such transference from the former possibility to the later is in fact the fluidity of hope in people's awareness of such communities. That is, the hope of opening and passing through what is available at what is still not or rather what has not occurred yet. But, where from mainly, this hope to becoming is originated? In fact, the awareness and cognizance of the man toward changing is like wishes that are caused through certainty or lack of certainty of community. The man who, for example, remembers that in the past has thought about the possibility of birds' flying and ultimately by improving his knowledge and his information and using the tools provided by nature, has achieved it. Of course in this specific case, this utopia has not merely been shown in the human's fly or in other word has not ended but also, it is a process that has not been stopped and needed to be completed. It means that hopping to change has a permanent and everlasting nature here and not aiming to stop in a point in life. Hence, the definition of obvious utopia is usually set by situational features that neither is connected to the time that passed nor the time is about to come in the future. That is why, the man should be alive and lives because he or she is hopeful to future or something that has not come or occurred so far. But, the more basic question is that what makes these inner possibilities of human life or where from these possibilities come? The answer to this question depends on our understanding of the true human consciousness. The situations continually for completion produces some possibilities from inside that are enclosed in the fundamental frameworks. Anyway, this is the man that for development through activating these possibilities should coincide with pre-determined frameworks. Thus, the man's moving motor through coordinated process can not be something other that making practical of the possibilities. The hope that established by life and is merely for connecting to future however; it is the situation that is unrelated to the future and, that is because it is due to the future that has not come but surely will come. In fact, the combination of accident and emergency is always the bed of the time. However, there is finally a combination of the two that is merely derived from the concept of requirement or in other word, the future that in fact its happening and occurrence is necessary and following that its development regarding the possibilities a head of the man is required at the present time and at the moment. The man who makes his future with dreams that try to achieve them. The future that can be followed with achievements like high position and respect for the one who has such a dream in the head or several other dreams that the person imagine for himself in fact, the living situation that the person builds for himself in order to live in. This is also the best horizon for the most ideals of lifestyle because it is the most adherence to possibilities that the man has specified in himself; a life style that is resulted by requirement of the future. However, building future does not occur not by putting the pretext of factors such as denial and deportation that by taking advantage of definite and permanent presence of concepts such as hope and openness,.
