Ingredients
Serving 64 eggs
3 tablespoons low-fat milk
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper powder for seasoning
1 tablespoon live oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 tablesppon basil leaves, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, cubed
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and mix well with milk and cheese. Then saute the chopped onion in a pan on low flame 5 minutes; add tomatoes and basil and saute another 5 minutes. Stir in the chopped mushrooms and allow to cook well. Pour the seasoned beaten eggs and wait 20 minutes till all the content is cooked on a very low heat. Serve with fresh bread!
