Ingredients
350 g stewing meat
1 kg fried onion
150 g almond slices
4 eggs
Salt and pepper
Ground saffron
½ tsp turmeric
Recipe for Bushehri Gheymeh
Directions:
Place fried onion in a pan. Put stewing meat and sauté a bit. Add in almond and mix well. Equally add in salt, black pepper and turmeric and season to taste. Keep mixing well.
Allow to cook well. Finally, break in the eggs. Also add in brewed saffron and let it settle. Serve the tasty stew with rice. Bon Appetite.
